Quickly only reads messages in channels where it has been invited, and only when you @mention it. We never read messages in private channels unless explicitly invited.
What is the knowledge base?
The knowledge base is where Quickly stores uploaded documents, indexed conversations, and learned preferences. This helps it add relevant context to requests and get better over time. You can manage it from the dashboard.
Can I schedule recurring workflows?
Yes! You can ask Quickly to run workflows on a schedule: daily standups, weekly reports, monthly summaries. Just tell it when and how often, and it handles the rest.
Do I need to learn special commands?
No! Just type naturally like you would to a teammate. Quickly understands phrases like "create a ticket", "send an invoice", or "find available vendors". They all work the same way.
What happens if Quickly doesn't understand?
Quickly will ask for clarification in a reply. For example, if you ask to create a work order but don't specify the property, it will prompt you to choose.
